A small European kitchen at the end of an old freight line — slow mornings, lantern-lit evenings, and a kitchen that doesn't rush.
The Terminal sits at the quiet end of a forgotten railway line — once used to stage parcels for the morning train, now serving European classics under the slow turn of brass cogs. Salvaged oak, lime-washed brick, two skylights, and a single brass lamp from the original station office.
Our kitchen carries the dishes our great-grandparents walked across borders with — Vienna's schnitzel, Budapest's goulash, Lyon's confit — plated as if for the dining car of the Orient Express. Every plate is a postcard. Every coffee, a ticket.
“ The journey is the meal, and the meal is the journey. ”
One kitchen at the quiet end of the line — slow mornings, lantern-lit evenings, and long Sundays.
